Journey to Clarksville

Well we made it! The first week of mission trips is over! Today we made the 7 hour journey to Clarksville, with a detour to see the Superman statue in Metropolis, Illinois. It was quite a journey, full of laughter and bathroom breaks! With only about an hour left of our trip, God blessed us with the beauty of his very own symphony. The rain poured and lightning lit up the sky. It was simply beautiful! According to Brody, it was like God was playing us a song through a percussion ensemble, the rain being the snare, the thunder the bass drum…it was all so beautiful! Praise God for his beautiful creations. Amen.
