A Day We Will Never Forget

~ “We shall never forget. We shall keep this day. We shall keep the events and the tears in our minds, our memory and our hearts, and take them with us as we carry on.”

Ten years ago, something happened that would change everything. Some know exactly what they were doing that day; where they were, who they were with. For others the memory is a little fuzzy. But all know the impact that day made in their lives. That day was a Tuesday. Tuesday September 11th, 2001. It’s a day we will never forget. Ten years ago.

So here we are ten years later. Still hurt, still angry, still trying to understand why. Always remembering the heroes that were made that day. Always remembering those who sacrificed their lives. Always remembering 9/11.
