AC: Day 4

Yesterday was awesome! Paul spoke at the 7 pm service, and did a wonderful job! Afterwards, the clergy still had to take another vote, and while the praise band was playing to pass the time, Bishop Schnase decided to join in on the fun and danced with the youth! Such excitement! Soon after a conga line formed, and laity and clergy joined in on the fun. This morning was the last session of AC, and it was a powerful session. The youth led the clergy and laity in worship, with Brody and Sarah giving the message. They did a fabulous job of sharing what youth are capable of bringing to worship! Upon the closing of Annual Conference, Brody, Carrie, Jeremy, Garrett and I had a chance to talk to Rusty and Carla from the Pony Express district. It was a great experience sharing with them ways to engage youth in the ministry of the church. All in all AC was the best year yet! I can’t wait for these next 4 weeks of mission trips – it’ll be a blast! :)

Oh and Brody and I will be writing a book in the coming weeks! :)
